Founder. Tom is our coffee expert having worked in the industry for 15 years, developing a brand into the fourth largest coffee brand in the UK. He saw an opportunity with Red Bean to provide great coffee into fixed locations in work places and retail spots. He loves drinking a flat white and enjoys coaching rugby.
Operations Manager. Jay is our problem solving expert. She has vast experience in understanding the workings of the coffee industry and can deal with issues quickly and effectively. She loves the ultimate hot chocolate and sharing long walks with her dog and husband.
Non Executive Chairman. David is our finance expert and helps Red Bean develop sustainably and successfully. In the last twenty years David has worked at board level in Asda, HSS Hire, and Agrii PLC where he is currently the CEO.
Communications Manager. Maria is our creative one. She works tirelessly with our brand team to create new marketing strategies for our social media and our in house promotions. She has 6 years experience in events and marketing which helps her understand what Red Bean needs to focus on for our customers. Maria enjoys an espresso and keeping herself fit.
Brand Director. With a rich brand background, Andy’s ethos is firmly rooted within simple and strategic thinking, where the big ideas matter. He’s a passionate visionary, whose hands-on approach to identifying new marketing opportunities and their amplification.
